Dear Friend,

On behalf of the Pottstown Aircraft Owners and Pilots, Inc., may we invite
you to become a member of one of the nation's oldest aviation-oriented clubs.

We are headquartered at the Flyers' Roost, an old farm house with pavilions 
(including tables and benches), shade trees and ponds on the south side of the 
Pottstown-Limerick Airport.  This is the area where our annual Fly-In Breakfast 
takes place.

Winter meetings are presently held at a nearby restaurant, where you may be 
tempted to dine prior to our 8:00 PM meeting.  Or you may prefer to just attend 
our meeting held in a separate room set aside for that purpose.

During spring, summer and fall, our members meet at the Flyers' Roost on the 
last Thursday evening of those months as announced in our monthly newsletter.

Some of us stop by for our Wednesday evening "drop-in." There are volleyball, 
quoits, horseshoes, baseball, fishing, airplane watching and as always hangar 
talk-no holds barred.  Yes, you can taxi over to the Flyers' Roost to hang out.

We offer three memberships: Regular, Sustaining and Associate.  Regular is a 
general membership.  Sustaining membership allows "any-time access" to the 
Flyers' Roost and the facilities for your reserved-time function at no cost.  
The Associate Membership is for our aviation enthusiasts.  Each membership 
allows any-time access to the Roost, but only Sustaining Members may have a 
key to independently access the facility.


We members are very proud and privileged to have the Roost available to us 
and would be honored to have you as one amongst us.
